The Firefly Story

Firefly started with a simple idea from Chef John Simmons—good food tastes better when the lights are low music is up and the night feels possible. What began as a dream from a former dishwasher turned Vegas transplant quickly turned into one of the city's most talked-about haunts. Spanish-style tapas hit the Strip and never looked back.
